Prognostication about The New World:

Critics will talk about how daring and brave and new this movie is, and how it is just about impossible to get funding for this kind of movie- just like it is for movies like Syriana, Munich, Brokeback Mountain etc. After all, you'd never see three such movies out at the same time, and you know the critics are just going to crucify these directors for daring to address these subjects the way they do.
